KIMORA RENEE JOSEPHS
Kimora Renee Josephs is a third grader who loves to cook, write and draw. Her favorite subject in school is Math and when she grows up, she wants to be a cook and a baker.
Cooking has always been important in her family and her love of cooking came from her mom, but especially her dad who loves to cook, too. Since she was a little girl, she wanted to be able to cook like her father. So, when he was in the kitchen, she watched him all the time. Her mom had told her that watching was the best way to learn.
While Kimora loves to cook, she wants to expand her cooking abilities and get into baking more. She loves baking chocolate cupcakes and cakes.
The idea of writing a cookbook came to Kimora because when she went into bookstores, she never saw a cookbook for kids that was written by a kid. She thought that cooking was so much fun and she wanted to share all of the things she’d learned with kids all over the world.
